Fluorescent Zinc Sulfide Application:

Color kinescope powders, plasma crystal powders, and other kinds of fluorescence powders used in luminescent materials, pigments, plastics, rubbers, dyestuffs, coatings, filming, counter forgery, and long persistence.

Fluorescent Zinc Sulfide Description:

With the “phosphorimeter” described in the post Glowing in the Dark, we made a series of measurements on the classic zinc sulfide phosphorus, doped with silver and also with copper. Zinc sulfide is an interesting material: ZnS is a semiconductor, ie a material with an electron-filled valence band and an empty conduction band. It is known that the energy gap between the two bands is, in pure ZnS, about 350 kJ/mol (3.6 eV). Given the large energy gap, only a very small concentration of charge carriers is present in normal temperature conditions.

Application

Phosphorus Pentoxide, also called Phosphoric Acid Anhydride, is a white, spiculate crystal. Specific gravity: 2.39.It begins to sublime when heated to 347oC and melt at 563oCunder certain pressure. It is caustic to skin. Phosphorus Pentoxide absorbswater in wet air and dissoluts in water to produce strong heat and form H3PO4.Phosphorus Pentoxide is used for doping to form anti-refraction in opto-electronics and optical glass; and also used for N-type doping in certain solar cell fabrication. It is used in medicine and cosmetic industries and also used for making high-quality Phosphoric Acid.

Packaging

Glass bottle (Net weight: 1kg, 2kg, 5kg, 20kg, etc), or according to customer’s package requirement.
