  • What’s are your quality control and transportation policies?

Our quality control
Each production step such as plant cultivation, extraction, processing, and packaging has in place stringent SOP procedures, and our staff has many years of experience in this area. At the same time, every process has our quality control division’s strict supervision to ensure product quality and stability.

Our transportation
Our products packaged in professional containers designed for holding and transporting chemicals. We also have professionals to track products throughout the transport process, and to provide transportation reports in a timely manner.

  • If I send a purchase order to STANFORD CHEMICALS, when could I expect to get your products?

Some products are in-stock in the USA, and we could deliver the product in only a week by UPS or FedEx, and some products are in our China warehouse, and it would be delivered at 2-3 weeks. If some chemicals needed to be specially synthesized by our laboratory, we would like to send our clients the production proposal, which includes the production schedule and delivery lead time.

  • What’s the minimum quantity for purchase?

We can offer different quantities from vials to drums. It depended on the product, and we do our best to satisfy our customer’s requests.

  • What’re the methods of payment do you accept?

We accept different payments such as Credit Card, Wire Transfer, and Company Cheque. For orders larger than $10,000, our regular payment terms are as follow: 30% down payment (deposit), the balance should be paid before shipment or should be paid by irrevocable, confirmed L/C at sight.
