10-Deacetylbaccatin III Description

10-deacetylbaccatin III (10-DAB) is extracted from Taxus Chinensis. It is the fifth intermediate in the biosynthetic pathway of paclitaxel. 10-DAB is also an essential intermediate in the biosynthetic of taxane.
