HPMC Powder Introduction
HPMC is non-ionic cellulose ether produced from natural molecular cellulose through a series of chemical changes. They are characterized by solubility in water, water retention, stable PH value, surface activity, reversibility from gelling and solving in different temperatures, thickening, binding, film-forming, lubricating, and mols resistance.
HPMC Powder Functions
The use of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose is similar to other cellulose ethers. It is mainly used as a dispersant, suspending agent, thickener, emulsifier, stabilizer, and adhesive in various fields.
