Triethylenethiophosphoramide is used as a cancer chemotherapeutic, alkylating agent. It is used to treat various kinds of cancer such as breast, ovarian, and bladder cancer. It is also used as conditioning treatment prior to haematopoietic progenitor cell transplantation (HPCT).
