Description

Itopride HCl Introduction

Itopride HCl has a unique dual mechanism of action. It not only stimulates the release of acetylcholine but also inhibits its degradation through the synergistic effect of blocking Dopamine, receptors and inhibiting the activity of acetylcholinesterase (AchE), thereby exerting a bikinetic effect on the gastrointestinal tract. Itopride is a gastrointestinal prokinetic drug with a different mechanism of action from existing drugs, which provides a new option for the treatment of the aforementioned symptoms caused by gastrointestinal motility disorders.
