Red Nitride Phosphor Powder (YG615) Description

A phosphor is generally a material that exhibits a phenomenon of luminescence; light is emitted as a result of exposure to some type of radiant energy. Red Nitride Phosphor Powder (YG615) has chemical stability, thermostability, and high durability; it is non-poisonous, non-radioactive, and non-corrosive.

Stanford Chemicals Company (SCC) is your one-stop platform to find LED phosphor for sale in a variety of forms and has over two decades of experience in the manufacture and sale of high-quality Red Nitride Phosphor Powder (YG615).

Red Nitride Phosphor Powder (YG615) Application

The phosphor layers produce most of the light produced by fluorescent lamps and are further used to enhance the balance of light produced by metal halide lamps. A wide range of neon signs relies on phosphor layers to create different colors of light. A phosphor layer is used in electroluminescent displays for glare-free illumination or numeric and graphic display devices found in aircraft instrument panels. Therefore, white LED lamps can be fabricated using a blue or ultra-violet emitter coated with a phosphor that emits at longer wavelengths, ensuring that the devices give off a full spectrum of visible light.

Paired with yellow phosphor powder, Red Nitride Phosphor Powder, YG615 can be used to create LED light of high CRI. In general, Red Nitride Phosphor Powder, YG615 is applied for warm white LED light.
