Shipping Information
Due to FAA restrictions, we cannot ship essential oils or liquid extracts via air freight. All packages containing these items must be shipped via ground. If you wish to expedite the rest of your shipment, please place a separate order for the items you wish to expedite.
Tracking Your Orders
Once we have completed your order, you will receive an email from us containing your UPS, DHL, FEDEX tracking number which you can use to track your package at www.ups.com, www.dhl.com, www.fedex.com Please note: There is sometimes a slight delay between the time you receive your confirmation email and when that information is available in your online history.
