Lansoprazole Introduction

Lansoprazole Applications
Lansoprazole is clinically used for the treatment of duodenal ulcer, gastric ulcer, anastomotic ulcer, and reflux esophagitis, with remarkable curative effect.
Lansoprazole Side Effects:

Allergic Reactions: Occasionally, rash, itching, and other symptoms may occur.

Hematologic System: Rare cases of anemia, leukopenia, and eosinophilia have been reported. Thrombocytopenia occurs very rarely.

Digestive System: Occasionally, constipation, diarrhea, thirst, and abdominal distension may occur. In some cases, elevated levels of ALT, AST, ALP, LDH, and γ-GTP have been observed. Close monitoring is required, and if abnormalities are detected, appropriate measures such as discontinuation of the medication should be taken.

Nervous System: Occasionally, headache and drowsiness may occur. Insomnia and dizziness are very rare.

Other: Occasional reports of fever, increased total cholesterol, and elevated uric acid levels.
